Should I rent or buy a knee walker?
If you are planning to use a knee scooter for 3 or less months, we recommend renting. If you plan on using a knee scooter for more than 3 months, you should seriously consider purchasing one.
Do I need a prescription for my knee walker/scooter?
We do not require a prescription in order to rent a knee walker. However, if you intend to file for reimbursement, your insurance company will likely require a prescription as part of their paperwork. Please see Insurance.
What if I need to extend the length of my knee walker rental?
Our minimum rental period is 1 day. If you need to change the rental period call or text us. We will work with you to lock the rate that is most economical for your rental needs.
What if I want to purchase my rental knee walker?
We're not a rent-to-own service. However, if you decide within the first month of your initial rental period
that you would like to purchase a knee walker, we will apply your rental toward the purchase price of your knee walker.

What is normal wear and tear?
We expect normal wear and tear on the tires, handle grips, break lines, and knee pad of the knee walkers. We also know that through normal use scratches or dings will occur. Any actual damage to the knee walker is a result of improper use and subject to the renter being charged.
Can I cancel my knee walker rental?
You can cancel your knee walker rental at any time. However if you cancel your rental within 24 hours of delivery and your initial rental period was a week or more, we will refund your rental fees, charging you only for pickup and delivery. If you cancel after 24 hours you will be charged the most economical rate corresponding to your rental period.
